TV Ratings in for "V"

Freshman series, V, drew a 5.0 rating and 13 share for its premiere, taking the #1 spot for new series debuts for the 2009 fall season. V, a reworking of the cult TV classic of the same name which starred Faye Grant, Mark Singer, and Diane Badler, has already received stellar reviews.  In spite of the intergalactic reception, behind the scenes hit an asteroid belt when the series temporarily halted production after four episodes due to management changes. Scott Rosenbaum (The Shield, Chuck) now replaces Scott Peters and showrunner. Both also service as executive producers along with Jace Hall. Exec. Producer Jeff Beal is gone.
